Because every vineyard is different, we utilize our 40+ years of experience in the wine business to design custom lease arrangements for each property to ensure that the needs of all parties are met. Our goal is to reduce the burden of ownership by removing the headaches and capital requirements of operating a vineyard, while simultaneously utilizing our expertise and network to elevate the profile of the vineyard and create an economically beneficial situation for everyone involved.

STEP 1
CONNECT
We begin the conversation to understand if a subject property can be leased so as to provide a win-win scenario for all parties.
STEP 2
LEASE
We work closely together to design a custom lease for each property that addresses all potential concerns.
STEP 3
FARM
We utilize our knowledge base, network, and resources to precisely farm the property so as to achieve and maintain excellent vineyard health and returns.
STEP 4
FRUIT
We work to maintain existing relationships with wineries on the property, and also introduce the property to other wineries that would have interest in the fruit.
STEP 5
PAYMENT
Based on either a percentage split or an annual rent model, the land owner is paid on an annual basis.
